Shipping Information

Standard Delivery

In-stock items will ship same day if the order is placed before 2pm Eastern Standard Time.

Standard Delivery Handling Charges

Standard delivery charges are $9.95 per shipment, which includes insured shipping via UPS. A street address is required. Orders consisting of multiple items may not ship at the same time. Delivery and handling charges will be charged on a per shipment basis.

Methods of payment

If you order online or by phone, you can pay for your purchases with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Sales Taxes

We are required to collect applicable sales taxes on orders shipped to Virginia. Sales Taxes are based on final purchase amount plus shipping and handling charges.

Backorders

If we are currently out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will immediately notify you of the anticipated shipping date via email; ship dates sent by e-mail represent the most current information and in certain rare instances may not match the date you were given when you placed your order online. We ship all items as they become available.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the product, please return the unused merchandise within 60 days of receipt for a replacement or a refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Shipping Errors & Damages

Please call us right away at (804) 745-6494 or email us at info@happilyeverafterwords.com if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately; your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the original item including delivery and handling once the return has been processed.

Refunds

Depending on the method you use to return the item to us, it can take up to 7–14 days for us to receive your return. The credit will be applied to your credit card account and usually appears on your statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return.
